Adam started his heavy vehicle career as a ‘greasy hands’ engineer, working both hands on in the workshop and driving a desk. His clients included truck OEMS, gas drilling companies, government and mining companies.

He then worked for the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator managing their Roadworthiness Program including the delivery of the National Roadworthiness Baseline Survey which brought data and evidence to the vehicle defect space.

After a short but positive stint working with Penske Commercial Vehicles, in May 2017 he accepted an offer to join the team at NTI to continue their work on transport safety research and advocacy.
