We all know the fatigue management system is broken. The National Transport Commission is now looking in detail at a small number of options for getting it right, after consulting with the industry last year

The ATA and its members, including the QTA, proposed major changes  including more flexible fatigue management, simplified rules and record-keeping, and a reduction in the penalties for work and rest hour record-keeping offences.

Join QTA president Julie Russell and our panel to explore the options the NTC is considering and contribute your views.
